Up to the cabin we went to escape our lack of heat at home. It was a blast- just my dad and my girls. Pumpkin loved playing in a snow. . .again! I think this might be a record for the number of snow play days we have had in a winter! I think this will be our last for this year, but you never know! I had a hard time picking a picture from this day. . .Pumpkin discovered the icicles on our truck and loved pulling them off. Of course they are fun to watch shatter on the ground. After Sweet Pea and I came in, Pumpkin stayed out with my dad and "helped" him with the driveway. They rode on the quad, had a snowball fight, and shoveled the driveway. I think they both had a blast. When they came up stairs, she had a big cup full of snow to eat. I decided to try to flavor it using a melted "otter pop"- I think that worked pretty well!

We made it home from the cabin. . . that was quite the adventure! I am so happy I do not drive in the snow on a regular basis!
At home, Pumpkin discovered that she can pack herself perfectly in our large rubbermaid tubs that the kids clothes go when they outgrow them. Too funny when Sweet Pea sat on top and locked her in!

Our first Build A Bear Workshop experience! Our friend's son turned 3 and they invited us to go with them to Build a Bear. It was a blast and both girls made pink bears. Sweet Pea named hers after her friend Kira, and Pumpkin's was named Pinky by Daddy. Both refused to put clothes on their bears! We finished the night with McD's happy meals!

Our dog does NOT grow like our girls. .. he's huge at 5 months old! We were laughing at him sleeping smushed against the glass of our sliding door.
As this project is close to entering its fourth month, I have moments where I panic and think "what am I going to take a picture of today!" Yet everyday there is an opportunity for something! It's amazing. I am excited for what I am learning about photography and hopefully this summer I'll have more time to learn about my camera! Enjoy the photos and stories!
